If you have not had a chance to check out some of the great theater and various artist in the DFW area, here is a great chance to do so. The Oak Cliff Country Center provides a great event that should cost at least $40 and up to attend, but they have opened their doors and allowed this event to be free!! Check out below!

The Oak Cliff Cultural Center is pleased to host a rare opportunity to be in the presence and hear the voices of works by two of the greatest masters in the history of violin making.

Stradivarius and His Master

Presented by the Dallas Chamber Orchestra

FREE demonstration and concert

Time: 7:00 PM

Location: Oak Cliff Cultural Center – 223 W. Jefferson Boulevard – Dallas, Texas 75208

Guests will explore the development of violin making from the early efforts by Renaissance makers
to the perfect state established by the hands and mind of Stradivarius.

Exhibited will be original violins by Hieronimus Amati (circa 1610) and Antonius Stradivarius (circa 1724).

Music will be performed by members of the Dallas Chamber Orchestra.

Metered parking is available on Jefferson Boulevard, and free parking is available in the City of Dallas parking lots located behind the Oak Cliff Cultural Center on Sunset Avenue.
